Shipping & Delivery Policy

At HappyDen, we offer both custom digital artwork and high-quality physical keepsakes. Depending on what you ordered, your delivery process will differ. Please review the details below:

1. Custom Digital Portraits (Electronic Delivery)

  • Delivery Method: Final high-resolution files (300 DPI, JPG & PNG) are sent directly to the email address provided at checkout.
  • No Physical Shipment: If you ordered the "Digital Only" version, no physical frame, canvas, or bag will be shipped.
  • Timeline:

Digital Proof: You will receive a preview draft via email within 24–48 hours.

Final Delivery: Once you approve the proof, the final files are sent immediately.

  • Shipping Fee: 100% FREE worldwide.

2. Custom Physical Keepsakes (Tote Bags, Canvases, etc.)

  • Production Process: For physical items, our artists first create your digital portrait. Once you approve the draft, we send it to our professional printing partners (Printful) for production.
  • Production Time: Please allow 2–5 business days for printing and quality checks after you approve your artwork.
  • Shipping & Tracking:

Unlike digital orders, all physical products include a Tracking Number.

Once your item is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow its journey.

  • Estimated Shipping Times:

USA: 5–10 business days

UK / Canada / Europe: 7–12 business days

Australia: 10–15 business days

  • Shipping Fees: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all physical orders to our supported markets.

3. Combined Orders

If you purchase both a Digital File and a Physical Keepsake, you will receive the digital version via email first. The physical item will follow separately via mail after production is complete.

4. Lost or Missing Deliveries

  • Digital: If you haven't received your email within 48 hours, please check your Spam/Junk folder.
  • Physical: If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you haven't received the package, or if it hasn't moved in 10 days, please contact us at hello@shophappyden.com.

5. Order Tracking Summary

You will be kept informed at every stage:

  1. Order Confirmation (Immediate)
  2. Artwork Proof Ready (24-48 hours)
  3. Final Digital Files Sent (After approval)
  4. Physical Item Shipped with Tracking (If applicable, 2-5 days after approval)
