What if the portrait doesn't look like my pet?
Precision is our priority. We send a digital proof for your approval within 24-48 hours. If the "essence" isn't quite right, we offer free refinements to ensure the final artistic reconstruction perfectly captures your pet's unique character.
Is this a physical painting or a digital file?
We offer both! You can choose between a High-Resolution Digital File (perfect for instant download and DIY printing) or a Physical Keepsake (like our custom tote bags and canvases) which will be professionally printed and shipped directly to your door. You can select your preferred version on each product page.
Can you combine multiple pets into one portrait?
Yes. Our technology allows us to synthesize individual photos into a single, cohesive composition. You can upload separate photos, and our digital craftsmen will ensure they are harmonized in the same artistic style.
How long does it take to receive my physical order?
It's a two-step process. First, our artists need 24-48 hours to create your custom portrait. Once you approve the digital proof, production takes 2-5 business days, followed by shipping (5-10 business days for the US/UK).
Can I track my shipment?
Yes! Unlike digital orders, all physical products come with a tracking number, which will be emailed to you as soon as your item leaves our warehouse.
What if my item arrives damaged?
While we take great care in packaging, accidents can happen. If your item is damaged during transit, please email us a photo of the damage within 14 days, and we will send a free replacement immediately.
