Our Heartfelt Guarantee

At HappyDen, we create every resource with deep empathy and care. Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, they cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense. Therefore, all sales are generally considered final.

However, we are here to support you during this difficult time, and your satisfaction is our priority.

1. Digital Downloads (Workbooks, Cards, and Templates)
Due to the non-tangible nature of digital files (PDFs, Canva links, etc.), we cannot offer refunds once the files have been downloaded or the access link has been sent.

  • Exception: If you accidentally purchased the exact same item twice, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will happily refund the duplicate purchase.

2. Custom Digital Art (Portraits)
We want you to treasure the tribute we create for your companion.

  • Satisfaction Guarantee: Before the final high-resolution file is delivered, we offer up to 2 rounds of revisions. We will work with you until the portrait feels "just right."
  • Cancellations: If you wish to cancel a custom order, you must do so within 2 hours of purchase. Once our designers have begun the illustration process, we can no longer offer a full refund.

3. Technical Issues
If you experience any trouble opening a file, a broken link, or a corrupt download, please reach out to us immediately at hello@shophappyden.com . We will ensure you receive a working version of your purchase as quickly as possible.

4. Our Commitment
While we cannot take back a digital file, we can always listen. If you feel that a product did not meet your expectations or if there was an error on our part, please tell us your story. We are committed to finding a fair and compassionate solution for every grieving heart.
