Shipping Policy
1.Order Processing and Fulfillment
Our team ships Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed will typically ship the following business day. During periods of high demand or seasonal peaks, this may extend to 5 business days.
Shipping carriers experience delays depending on the time of year or other circumstances. We will fulfill your order as quickly as possible, but cannot guarantee delivery times.
2.Shipping Rates and Thresholds
HappyDen offers a tiered shipping structure to ensure transparent logistics costs:
Complimentary Standard Shipping: Available for all orders with a subtotal of $50.00 USD or greater.
Flat Rate Standard Shipping: A fixed fee of $6.99 USD applies to all orders under the $50.00 threshold.
Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.
3.Global Logistics and Delivery Timelines
To maintain supply chain efficiency and provide competitive pricing on premium materials, HappyDen utilizes a Direct-from-Source fulfillment model. Your items are dispatched directly from our global manufacturing and distribution partners to your provided address.
Estimated Delivery Windows:
United States: 7–15 Business Days
United Kingdom: 7–12 Business Days
Canada: 8–15 Business Days
Australia & New Zealand: 8–14 Business Days
Rest of the World: 10–20 Business Days
Please note: These timelines are estimates. Actual delivery dates may be subject to carrier schedules, customs clearance procedures, and regional logistics factors.
4.Tracking and Transit Information
Upon dispatch, a shipping confirmation email containing a unique tracking number will be issued. Tracking information typically becomes active within 24–48 hours following the initial scan by the carrier. You may monitor your shipment's progress via our integrated "Track Your Order" portal or through international carrier websites.
5.Import Duties, Taxes, and Customs
For international shipments, orders may be subject to import duties, Value Added Tax (VAT), or administrative fees imposed by the destination country.
All such charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
HappyDen does not exert control over these fees and cannot predict their specific amounts. We recommend consulting your local customs authority for detailed information prior to purchase.
6.Order Modifications and Cancellations
To ensure rapid delivery, orders enter our fulfillment system immediately.
Cancellations or modifications must be requested via email (hello@happyden.top) within 12 hours of order placement.
Once an order has reached the "Dispatched" status, no further modifications can be executed.
7.Liability for Lost or Damaged Shipments
HappyDen stands behind the quality and delivery of our products.
Damaged Items: If an item arrives compromised, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence. We will facilitate a priority replacement.
Lost Packages: In the event a shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will issue a full refund or provide a replacement at no additional cost. HappyDen is not responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but missing from the premises.
